Best Memory playing for Middlesex Magic
My best memory of playing with the Middlesex Magic was at the 2002 Nationals in Orlando, FL with my teammates and friends. We played against Chris Paul and Kappa Magic, who went on to win the national championship that year. My best memory as a coach is traveling around the country to different tournaments coaching on the sidelines with my closest friends for the program I played for. Giving back to the program that provided such great opportunities for me is a special thing.
How the Middlesex Magic helped you the most
Simply put, the Middlesex Magic helped me become a better player, person and eventually a better coach. Coach Crotty Sr. constantly taught me life lessons that have stayed with me and helped me develop the necessary tools to be successful on and off the court. He taught me the importance of determination, competitiveness, and toughness while building my confidence in a tight knit family atmosphere, which is the Middlesex Magic way.
